About Event: This event is all about the Induction of Team MESA as well as Oath Ceremony in front of all the dignitaries and Mechanical Engineering student community. At this event, first of all, video was shown, which consisted of information about MESA and the journey of MESA in academic year 2022-23. Then, badges were distributed to all MESA members with an oath ceremony by the MESA president and members. An Alumni Talk was also organised in which Shubhada Padwal gave her experience in her career as well as her journey in Germany while doing her further studies. She also gave information about career options in mechanical engineering and planning for the same.

About Event: A mock Interview was arranged by Training and placement cell in association with Team MESA for Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering students. The event took place on the 11th of August 2023 in Online mode on Google Meet to provide an extensive simulation of an actual job interview. It offered an opportunity for job seekers a practice for an interview with in-depth feedback on their interviewing skills. The objective behind arranging this for students was to help them better understand the particulars and procedures of an interview. The jury consisted of 13 members with High experience in the field. More than 50 students registered for this event with full enthusiasm and energy. The event was coordinated by the student coordinators of the TEAM MESA, namely Prajakta Wagh, Shrutika Kale, Aditya Pathak, Parth Lekule, Chaitanya Kulkarni, Geeta Shinde, Prasad Jadhav, Shravani Sakhare under the guidance of Mr. Nikhil Surwade, Mr.Shreyash Shinde. The event began with a felicitation ceremony. Progressively, all the participants were given a time slot for their interview, and accordingly, the Mock Interview took place. After every interview, the participant was given feedback on their Resume and interviewing skills, including their confidence, presentation and communication skills. We are incredibly grateful to Mr. Nikhil Surwade & Mr.Shreyash Shinde for providing us with the support and platform to conduct this event.

About Event: The table tennis tournament held on 27th August at Architecture Hall was an exhilarating display of skill, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit. Organised by PCCOE Olympics in association with MESA, the event attracted players of various skill levels from the local community and beyond. The tournament was a smashing success with a vibrant atmosphere and intense matches, the tournament was a smashing success. One of the most remarkable aspects of the tournament was the exemplary sportsmanship displayed by the participants. Even in intense matches, players respected their opponents and upheld the spirit of fair play. The winners in each category were awarded with trophies and prizes. The champions displayed their dedication to the sport and their outstanding performance throughout the tournament.

About Event: This event was held at the seminar hall, 5th floor of the architecture building, on 10 September 2023. In this event, around 200 + players participated. It was a mixed match where girls and boys played together. A total of six rounds were played in round robin format, and according to the points, 1st three players were selected as winners, first runner-up and second runner-up. They were also given the opportunity to play in the inter-university matches on behalf of PCCOE, Pune. Among players, three girls are also selected for the inter-university matches.

About Event: This event took place on 1st of September 2023. It was in the seminar hall of the mechanical building of PCCOE, Pune. Mr. Sangram Jagtap, Inspector of Motor Vehicle and Mrs. Tejaswini Chorage, Assistant Inspector of Motor Vehicle and PCCoE Alumini, were present as our special guests. Both gave information and instructions about the Safety measurements, rules and standard symbols which people must follow. They gave real life examples and problems faced by people who don’t follow safety measures. It was really encouraging for the students as they learned these safety measures through the inspector himself.

The celebration began with warm greetings to the teachers with roses. A delicious cake was cut to symbolize unity and the sweet bond shared between students and teachers. About Event: The Fun Fair held on 23rd January, 2024 was organized by the Mechanical engineering student association team. It started with the inauguration ceremony by cutting a ribbon from our special guest in presence of Director sir and the Faculty Incharge. The event aimed to provide a delightful experience filled with entertainment, games, and music. The Fun Fair organized by Team MESA proved to be a resounding success, leaving memories with the students and attendees. MESA was involved with all the decorations and management of the event. There were 18 stalls which included food stalls, game stalls, artisans stalls for selling their artwork, ‘Music on Demand’ stall etc. The Fun-Fair offered an array of entertainment options to the audience.

These events often involve organized competitions, professional players, and spectators, mirroring traditional sports in many ways. BGMI, being a mobile game, allows players to engage in intense multiplayer battles, requiring strategy, teamwork, and skill to emerge victorious. About Event: Adhyay is an event series introduced by Team MESA for the students of PCET institutes. It is a speaker session where we invite speakers from different walks of life and provide students a platform to interact with them. This year we invited Mr. Vinayak Mahamuni, an IAS officer posted in Nandurbar district. He answered our students’ questions regarding UPSC preparation, career challenges & many other such topics all while delivering a monologue about his journey till now. The session was attended by a large crowd of 600+ students in the Auditorium and also gained 300+ views in the live stream posted on MESA’s official YouTube channel. We got an excellent response from the students for these competitions, and this response will help team MESA to organise such types of competitions in future. This event was organised by team MESA PCCOE, in association with the ISHRAE PCCOE Student Chapter.

About Event:
The Mechanical Engineering Students Association organised a dynamic 3D Printing Workshop on April 5th, 2024, at LRDC Hall, PCCOE, Akurdi. The session commenced with an insightful seminar introducing 45 participants to additive manufacturing.
The workshop instructors, Shubham and Kushal, facilitated a highly interactive session with hands-on training with 3D printers and design software. Participants actively engaged in creating and preparing 3D models for printing. A live demonstration of 3D printing processes showcased the technology in action, allowing participants to witness their designs come to life layer by layer. The workshop also featured a stimulating question-and-answer session, fostering discussion and a deeper understanding of 3D printing concepts.
The event concluded with a valedictory ceremony, where participants received certificates of participation. Refreshments were provided, fostering networking and further discussion among attendees. The TECHNOPHILIA 3D Printing Workshop, led by instructors Shubham and Kushal, was a highly informative and interactive experience, equipping 45 participants with essential knowledge and skills in additive manufacturing.

About Event:
Mechanical Engineering Students Association recently hosted Technophilia 2024, which consisted of several technical and non-technical events one of the technical events was Krafty Kreation. Krafty Kreations comprised three rounds where students would explore their creative thinking and problem-solving skills while working in fixed budget constraints. In the first round, all participants showcased their technical knowledge by solving question papers. Teams with the highest mark proceeded to the second round, where they had to make a CAD model of their solution to the given problem statement. The second round had a time limit of 2 hours. Teams with good CAD models and feasible solutions were promoted to third. In the third round, teams had to manufacture their model and showcase their manufacturing knowledge. All teams had 24 hours to manufacture their models and later tested. The team with a perfectly working model won the event, and also the team who failed hilariously.

Tech) Winner Student was awarded with Trophy and Gifts worth Rs.1000 We got an excellent response from the students for these competitions, and this response will help team MESA to organize such types of competitions in future.

About Event: As we all know how hectic the schedule is followed by all teachers teaching students with lower back pain, neck pain, and headache and BP, we came up with this event under the guidance of Prof. Sanjay Salve sir. Yoga is an ancient practice that builds strength and awareness and brings together the mind and body. The importance of yoga cannot be stressed enough. It Prevents Heart Diseases, Reduces Chronic Pain, and Improves Flexibility and Balance. The event was conducted on 24th September at the seminar hall of the Mechanical building. The event started with some warmup exercises and was followed by various yoga poses and asanas.

About Event: The monitoring of Cocubes Test was done by team members. The allocation of Lab to students batchwise & conduction of test was done. Around 105 Students gave the test. The Test was conducted in Three segments. The first segment was aptitude. The second segment Numerical & Logical Reasoning. The third segment was solving of Problem Statement with help of Python. The test was conducted for 3 hours. It was for 600 marks.

About Event:This event was organised on 17th and 18th December, 2022. In this non technical event 66 students of first and second year were participated..It was organised by MESA SY Members..There were three rounds in total event , first was Quiz Competition, second was Buzzer Round and last one was Treasure Hunt..First two rounds of this event was held on 17th December which was Quiz Competition and Buzzer Round and the last round Treasure Hunt was on 18th December which was the final round of that event.. Also the Prize Distribution of this event was on 18th December .. Prize of the winning team was Trophy and cash prize of Rs.600/-.. This event was arranged by Maharashtra Times at PCCOE, Nigdi on 13 January 2023, managed by MESA Members. Participation from all colleges in Akurdi was seen. Special guests were invited for the event, National award winner singer Savani Ravindra, Actress Neha Mahajan, Actor Akash Kumhar, Captain Awadesh and Varsha Singh attended the Carnival. Social media content creators Sameer Kotkar, Indrajit Patil, Aryak Pathak, Sagar Shinde and Niranjan Nigdikar were also present to encourage the students.

About Event: On the occasion of Swaratarang 2023, our college arranged a Funfair which include different fun games and food stalls including music on demand. This year MESA successfully conducted the funfair under the guidance of Prof. Madhuri Suryavanshi on 20th January. The inauguration ceremony was conducted by Dr. G. N. Kulkarni sir. For participation, we circulated a google form. A total of 7 food stalls and 13 game stalls were included in the funfair. One music on-demand for entertainment purposes was organized especially by TEAM MESA. All the students, Teachers, and Non-Teaching Staff praised the team for the excellent creativity & management shown by the Team. About Event: A New Chapter was started by the Team named ADHYAY wherein it was specifically organized for the PCET students, the main objective was to conduct sessions to connect youth on various much- needed engineering topics, make them aware of the opportunities available and also motivate them.

About Event:Technophilia 2023 was a 2 days event organized by team MESA held on 8th and 9th April. Day 1 featured 2 technical workshops- Robot operating system and 3D printing. Also to get hidden talent of students ‘Engineers got talent’ was arranged. Day 1 started with flash mob and drone show on lawn. Then inauguration was done by head of department Dr. Padmakar Deshmukh. The photography contest captured our shared memories. Squid game and football tournament was one of the events of day one, with this day 1 was concluded.
Day 2 started with ‘Auto-Expo’ which was never held before in PCCOE. Around 1000 people were in campus to see the supercars and superbikes with their stunts. From adrenaline-pumping robosoccer matches to the laughter-filled squid game, every moment was filled with pure joy. The captivating ‘Mr and Mrs’ contest showcased the unique personalities of our fellow students. While the ‘Aavhan’ debating contest fueled intellectual discussions. ‘Technoquiz’ was held in association with ISHRAE. Both days were unforgettable, weaving together passion, creativity and the essence of our engineering community. All 11 events got good response. Event ended with valedictory ceremony.

About Event:Team MESA arranged a farewell party for 2023 batch students on 29th May 2023. Theme was ‘Prom night’ and students had enjoyed that theme. Event started at 4 pm by clicking interesting videos with 360 camera photo booth. Welcome drinks and snacks were provided to students. Then all students assembled in auditorium and showed a video clip containing their memories. After that the cake cutting ceremony was done by all faculties and class representatives. The function was further addressed by president of team MESA ‘Mr. Akin Chavan’. He shared his lot of memories and experiences. A very exciting magazine for year 2022-23 named as ‘Anvesha’ was launched during the event. After that interesting fishponds and various performances made the event joyful. Funny title awards were given to some extra-ordinary students. At last all students got tasty dinner and ice-cream. Also every student got memorable gift from team.
