Competition: Formula Student Germany, Formula Student East
Location :- Germany and Hungary
In the 2023 international season, Team Kratos Racing made a significant mark on the global Formula Student stage. We proudly secured an overall 7th rank in the world, emerging as the only Indian team in the Top 10—a testament to our engineering excellence and relentless dedication. Our journey, however, was not without challenges. At Formula Student East, despite strong preparation and team effort, we were unable to complete technical inspection, which prevented us from competing in the dynamic events. At Formula Student Germany, one of the most competitive platforms in the world, we delivered a commendable performance but fell just four laps short of completing the endurance event. These experiences have only strengthened our resolve, providing invaluable lessons and fueling our drive to come back stronger in the upcoming season.

The journey of Team Kratos Racing began in2014, when a group of 8 passionate engineering students came together with a shared vision of building a Formula Student team from scratch. Without a vehicle or prior experience, they set out to SAE SUPRA that year — not as participants, but as keen observers. Attending the event allowed them to gain crucial insights into the competition, vehicle design, team dynamics, and the level of engineering excellence required to compete. This humble yet determined beginning laid the groundwork for what would go on to become one of India’s most competitive and successful Formula Student teams.
