About us
Communication and Personality Development Cell (CPDC) at Mechanical Engineering Department believes in holistic development of the student’s in Communication skills and overall personality development to meet the professional needs. Students are trained in terms of their communication skills, presentation skills, group discussion skills, public speaking skills, interpersonal skills and interview skills.
The CPDC works in strong coherence with Training & Placement Cell to identify the latest training and development needs of the students to make them skilled before ‘IN & OFF’ Campus Placements Drives. To achieve this, cell has appointed well established agencies to train students on aptitude and soft skills. These training sessions emphasize a personalized approach where every student is groomed.
Cell organises and promotes group task/discussion, public speaking competitions, guest lectures to foster attitude, time management, oral skills and the body language, emotional intelligence and a whole host of other personal attributes which are crucial for successful career and life in our students.
